An announcement from Virginia Gause

The UTPA summer workshop will be re-creating Art Walk on Friday, June 27, from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Art Center, 801 North Main, in McAllen.  It will be for one of the big scenes in the film The Red Queen, currently being filmed with a cast of Hollywood actors, UTPA students and Valley residents.

Any artists who would like to show off their works are welcome to come  and set up. Also, anyone who would like to be an extra in this scene should come (dressed to be cool in this hot weather, and probably bringing a bottle of water), to serve as participants.

Please spread the word to any interested parties you know.
