The South Texas College Library will be hosting open mike poetry readings this month at the Starr County, MidValley, and Pecan Campuses.
We’re looking for poets & performers to share their talents at a brief open mike before a presentation by special guest Daniel García Ordaz, THE POET MARIACHI!
Schedule:
Tuesday, July 15 at the Starr Co. Library
Wednesday, July 16 at the MidValley Library
Thursday, July 17 at the Pecan Library 2nd floor Rainbow Room
All events begin at 7pm
Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community are invited to participate.
Faculty Members: We encourage you to invite your classes to attend and participate in these presentations.
