Saturday, 26th. Ram Danesse & the Trio
It is difficult to truly define Ram Danesse & The Trio. Think of four long-time  friends (and seasoned musicians) equally contributing to an entity that can only be described as honest, soulful, and unique. RD3’s approach to music is simple. It  speaks of the overcoming of obstacles in life. The strong belief in karma. And the sincere  approach of expressing these ideas through music that’s enjoyable both to the ear and  to the soul. Ram Danesse & The Trio are real. Come see for yourself…
Live (unplugged & acoustic) Blues, Rock, Alternative
Show starts at 8pm       Only $3 cover
August Events
Saturday 2nd, August  ” Graceful Rising”
We write about the unheard, our individual  lives as Christians. My name is J.P. and my brother’s name is Alex. We had a  tough life growing up, and if you want to know what we have been through just listen to our lyrics. .
We have been writing music for a couple of years now, and we finally recorded some of our songs. We enjoy music and we feel music has the power to create change in people’s lives. We have been going to church almost all our lives and the only reason we are able to do this is because God has given us the talent to make music and share it with people.  Hope you like the music that God has made through us. Laters and god bless. Starting at 8:00 pm
Saturday 9th, August : Acoustic / Unplug
Iliad and the Beast,  Arcaine Display, Big League, Robby Gonzalez & Arrgh! Dr Starting at 7:00 pm   Cover $5

Come celebrate the Grand Opening of Art Expressions and the United Through Art (U.T.A.) co-operative gallery. We are opening a multi-faceted cultural center in the Art District of McAllen, Texas. Art Expressions is a Bistro, Art School, and Live Performance Venue. It also houses the U.T.A. Gallery.
The Gallery inside Art Expressions is owned and operated by the United Through Art artist co-op. As a co-op, the artists deal directly with the client with no extra commissions being paid out to the gallery. It’s eight members are: Lilia de Anda, Duane Beard, Ben Moran, Juan Carlos Garza, Ruben Gomez, Paul Pena, Manuel Miranda, Malena G. Ramirez, Monica Maria Ramirez
Art Expressions is also a Cultural Center that promotes different mediums of creative expression on various nights of the week. Events such as Poetry and Open Mic Nights are two examples. We also have an Art School, where we offer art classes to children and adults in Oil, Acrylic, Drawing, Recycling Art and Drama.
At the Art Expressions Bistro, we are proud to serve Gourmet Coffee from Veracruz hot, iced, or frozen. We also have delicious deli sandwiches, and specials every day.

Come and join us for a creative and enjoyable time.
