A note from Virginia Gause

The City of McAllen will be having its first ever historic tour.  The event will be held this Saturday, September 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The trolley will depart the McAllen Convention Center promptly at 9:30 a.m.  Anybody interested in attending this free-of-charge event please contact Xavier Cervantes at 681-1263 or by email at xcervantes@mcallen.net

The tour will cover McAllen’s most important city landmarks, its first historic district with a stop at the new McAllen Heritage Center and at the Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Center.
