The South Texas College Library will host a lecture by Dr. Luis Alvarez on Black and Chicano Zoot Suitors as part of it’s “Black History Month Celebration” Thursday, February 19 at 7:00pm at the STC Pecan Campus – Rainbow Room. Dr. Alvarez is the author of the book The Power of the Zoot
