Another Music Festival, to be held April 18th and 19th in the Entertainment District of Downtown McAllen is looking for volunteers. Those interested in applying can visit www.mcallenmusic.com for more information and applications.

“We need about 100 volunteers to help make AMF a great success. Volunteers must apply to be considered and attend a mandatory meeting/training session,” said Catia Hernandez, Volunteer Chair for Another Music Festival. “We are looking for volunteers who can help in various areas such as general access, venue access, guest services, stage crews, hospitality, logistics, and runners. There are some perks that come with volunteering. All that information can be found on the website,” said Hernandez.

“Another Music Festival highly encourages local non-profit organizations, churches, sororities and fraternities to participate as volunteers. It’s a great opportunity to not only help this event succeed, but it has the added benefit of accumulating community service hours,” said Annabell Cortina, Director of Special Events & Media for the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
