NunnaYerBizness Today acknowledges that its design is a modification of the 3-column-cutline theme designed by Chris Pearson. Principal author Stan Raines and all contributors retain copyright on their own work, including all texts, graphics, audio, and video work. We would appreciate acknowledgment as first publisher if a work is used elsewhere, but any forgetfulness is forgiven already. We imagine this will cut down on legal expenses considerably.

An exception is made for comments appended to an original piece. Our view is that those comments become the property of the original piece’s creator but that it is incumbent on the original creator to accurately and appropriately acknowledge any commentary which that creator might use in another form. On the other hand, the commentator has the right to use his or her own words any time he or she would want.

Neither Mr. Raines nor NunnaYerBizness Today will include any contributor’s work in any other projects without the contributor’s explicit permission (anthologies, for instance) although we reserve the right to ask.
