I can’t believe I’m the first to submit a comment. Permit me to do it in the form of a poem I started yesterday and finished this morning during breakfast at McDonalds (Their coffee is cheaper than Starbucks and just as good). Note: This poem is meant to be read aloud only if the audience can read along. It doesn’t make sense when you don’t see the words. The poem is entitled, Funny U.

    A yew’s not a sheep
    And a ewe’s not a tree,
    Yoo’s not a word
    And you are not me.
    No, yoo’s not a word
    Unless you add hoo.
Yoo hoo! Yes you. Listen to this:
    Regarding the U,
    There’s something amiss.
    If you double the U
    You’ve still got one letter.
    Triple the dubya
    And it gets even better:
    a piece of a thing
    Called “My Name is URL’
    A key to the web’
    An eye on the world.
    Or take those three dubyas
    And heckle the chief:
    Dubya, Dubya, Dubya,
    Your time is so brief.
    And if sixU’s are many
    Just take half of two,
And remind all your loved ones…
    I can’t do without U.
